We operate two Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) clinics in the Bronx, offering Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for individuals struggling with opioid addiction. Clients receive daily doses of Methadone, Buprenorphine, or other approved medications, along with comprehensive support services.

Each program also provides primary medical care, psychiatric services, psychotherapy, and intensive case management. Clients receiving Methadone have convenient access to on-site or nearby medical services and specialized treatments such as Directly Observed Therapy (DOT) for conditions like tuberculosis.

Both OTP facilities are fully licensed and accredited by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS), the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), the New York State Department of Health, and the U.S. Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT). They are also accredited by The Joint Commission, a leading independent organization that sets rigorous quality standards for healthcare providers nationwide.
