Newsweek ranked Samaritan Daytop Village #7 among the “Best Addiction Treatment Centers” in New York state.
We are deeply humbled by this honor and so proud of our incredible employees who made this achievement possible.
For over 60 years, Samaritan Daytop Village has remained steadfast in its commitment to New Yorkers diagnosed with substance use disorder. Over the decades, we have adapted and grown to serve the evolving needs of a diverse population.
Our health and human service offerings now include:

- Transitional and supportive housing,
- Educational and vocational assistance,
- Peer-assisted recovery, and
