At Samaritan Daytop Village, we are dedicated to providing valuable training opportunities to advance careers in the field of treatment for substance use disorder. Our CASAC (Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor) Training Program is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a credentialed substance use counselor, making a lasting impact in the lives of those struggling with addiction. Samaritan Daytop Village offers both a full 350-hour curriculum and a 100-hour Fast Track program for individuals who have a master’s degree (or higher) that leads to clinical licensure from the NYSED or clinical licensure.
