We will consider every aspect of your well-being – our Outpatient Treatment Programs are holistic and individualized. Whether you are dealing with substance use or mental health challenges, our programs will help you restore balance, attain physical health, and foster personal growth.
Our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) integrate both mental health and substance use treatment with primary healthcare services to offer holistic care. These clinics provide high-quality, accessible, and culturally competent care for adults, children, and adolescents, addressing both behavioral health needs and also physical health and wellness.
Our new Integrated Opioid Treatment Program (IOTP) services offer medication for addiction treatment (MAT) in an outpatient setting. This treatment model combines the use of FDA-approved medications with counseling and behavioral therapies to help individuals overcome opioid addiction.

Our Assertive Commmunity Treatment (ACT) program is a mobile mental health outpatient treatment team for homeless shelters in Brooklyn and other sites operated by CAMBA and BCS/HELP USA. This program provides on-the-ground, in-the-community treatment for individuals who face significant barriers to accessing healthcare.
Adults and adolescents with current or recent substance use histories who are motivated and able to participate in all aspects of the program may qualify for outpatient services at one of the following locations:
Bronx
Brooklyn
Manhattan
Queens
Staten Island
Rockland County
Suffolk County

If you are placed in a residential treatment facility, you will be residing at that program for the duration of your treatment. Throughout your time with us, we will work to connect you with a specialist in housing as well as job training and vocational specialists to help you find employment and supportive, low-cost housing options.
