Recovery Services at Samaritan Daytop Village

Recovery from addiction is a journey that lasts a lifetime. At Samaritan Daytop Village, our Recovery Services Division provides a comprehensive support network for New Yorkers committed to living a life free from drugs and alcohol. We also work closely with family, friends, and community members who are often the pillars of support for individuals in recovery.

Citywide Addiction Support Network

Citywide Addiction Support Network (CASN) is a collaborative network of two dozen health and human services providers delivering prevention, treatment, and recovery services to New Yorkers struggling with or at risk of opioid and stimulant use disorder. Peer Professionals conduct outreach, engage with individuals contemplating treatment, connect participants to community-based recovery supports, and provide Harm Reduction training and education.

Serving the boroughs of Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx, CASN targets populations that have historically encountered disparities and/or discrimination when accessing health and human services, especially African American, Hispanic, justice-involved, low-income, and/or undomiciled individuals. The network is funded by the NYS OASAS State Opioid Response grant.
